So you’re ready to build your financial picture? The Forms dashboard is where you provide the data that powers your advice. Completing these forms is the most important thing you can do to get accurate results from the Rask app.

The Onboarding Flow

We recommend completing the forms in this order for the smoothest experience:

  1. Fact Find: The “big one.” This covers your income, expenses, assets, and debts.
  2. Financial Goals: Tell us what you’re actually trying to achieve (e.g., home ownership, retirement).
  3. Risk Profile: Determine your comfort level with market ups and downs.
  4. Investment Preferences: Customise your strategy with ESG/ethical choices and past experience.
  5. Medical History: Essential if you’re seeking insurance advice.

How to use the forms

  • Section by Section: Each form is broken into small, manageable chunks. You don’t have to do it all at once.
  • Auto-Save: Your progress is saved as you type. You can leave a form and come back later exactly where you left off.
  • Estimated is OK: For things like “Monthly Groceries,” a good estimate is better than a blank space. You can always refine these numbers later.

Tips for a faster finish

  • Gather your docs: Have your super statements, bank balances, and latest payslip ready before you start the Fact Find.
  • Use the Vault: If you’re stuck on a technical question, upload the relevant statement to the Document vault and leave a note for your adviser.
  • Mobile Friendly: You can complete these forms on your phone or tablet — great for knocking out a few sections while you’re on the go.

What happens next?

Once you’ve completed your forms, your adviser will be notified. They will review your data, look for opportunities or risks, and begin drafting your strategy.

PDF Archives

When you submit a form, Rask automatically generates a clean PDF archive of your submission. This PDF is saved to your Document vault and includes:

  • A branded cover page with your form details
  • All the information you provided in that specific form
  • Timestamp and version information

You can download these PDFs at any time from your Document vault. They serve as a permanent record of your submissions and can be useful for your own records or when working with your adviser.

Note: Each form type generates its own focused PDF export, so you’ll have separate archives for your Fact Find, Risk Profile, Goals, and other forms.
