So you’re looking for a specific file? The Document Vault uses a standardised folder structure to keep your financial life organised and easy to navigate.
Standard Folders
Every Rask vault comes with these primary folders:
- Insurance: Policies, claims, and medical history.
- Tax & Entities: Tax returns, trust deeds, and company documents.
- Estate planning: Wills, Power of Attorney, and Statements of Wishes.
- Investments: Investment statements and trade confirmations.
- Superannuation: SMSF documents and MyGov screenshots.
- Rask docs: Your formal advice (SOA), completed forms, and general Rask correspondence.
- Other: A catch-all for anything that doesn’t fit elsewhere.
Staff-Only Folders
You may notice some folders that you cannot upload to, such as Advice preparation or Chats. These are used by your advice team to manage the technical work behind your financial plan. You can still view documents in these folders if your adviser shares them with you.
Moving documents
If you accidentally upload a file to the wrong place:
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to the file name.
- Select Move.
- Choose the correct destination folder and click Confirm.
