The Super Checker is a public educational tool that helps you compare your super balance against age and gender benchmark ranges, then model a possible future balance.
Where to use it
- Open the tool at rask.au/super-checker.
What you enter
- Age
- Gender benchmark profile
- Current super balance
- Annual contribution estimate
- Expected annual growth rate
- Retirement age assumption
The tool stores an anonymous browser identifier so repeated checks from the same device can be handled more cleanly in community analytics.
Before the full results surface is unlocked, the tool will also ask for your first name and email so Rask can send your summary and follow up.
What you get
- A guided 3-step summary before the full results view (position snapshot, cohort context, and generic contribution education)
- An estimated percentile position for your selected age/gender benchmark profile
- Your cohort benchmark values (estimated average and top 10% threshold)
- A Rask community comparison for your selected age band and gender benchmark profile (when enough anonymous responses exist)
- A simplified projected super balance at your selected retirement age
- A projected balance path line from your current age to your chosen retirement age
- Educational resources to learn more about improving long-term super outcomes
- A summary email using the same Super Checker report metrics
- A post-results call to action to explore the Rask app beta
Important limitations
- This tool is general information only, not personal financial advice.
- The results are model estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.
- Real outcomes can differ due to fees, insurance inside super, tax, returns, and contribution changes.
Privacy and consent
- Your calculator inputs are stored in an anonymised analytics format.
- Your first name and email are captured separately so Rask can send your summary and follow up.
- By submitting your details, you consent to being added to The Rask Group Pty Ltd mailing list (unsubscribe anytime).
Assumptions and simplifications
- Projection assumes your contribution level and growth rate stay constant to your selected retirement age.
- Benchmarks are based on the selected age and gender profile only.
- Rask community comparisons use anonymous self-reported balances from tool submissions and are not personal advice or guaranteed benchmarks.
- Community percentile is shown only when there is a minimum cohort sample (currently 30).
- Contribution cap references are generic educational figures for the 2025-26 tax year and may change.
