So you want to check your subscription or download an invoice? The Billing & Subscription page is your central hub for everything related to your Rask membership. You can also open it from the app sidebar under Admin → Billing.
Important: billing controls membership access only. Memberships do not include personal financial advice. If you need personal advice, that is handled separately through Rask Advice Pty Ltd and its own onboarding, documents, and billing.
If a Rask adviser has sent you a tailored proposal for financial planning or a one-off service, that review flow happens on a secure public rask.au/proposals page first. Once you accept the proposal there, you’ll continue to Stripe to complete payment.
If you were redirected here
If you tried to open a members-only feature (for example, Estate Planning) on a Basic account, you’ll be redirected to the billing page with a short message explaining what happened and how to upgrade.
Understanding your Membership
At the top of the billing page, you’ll see your current status:
- Free: You have access to community features and core Rask tools.
- Pro / Super / Ultra: You have access to additional features based on your tier.
Current plan pricing
- Pro: $39.99/month or $299/year
- Super: $199/month or $1,499/year
- Ultra: $999/month or $5,000/year
Upgrading your account
If you’re on a free account and want to unlock more features:
- Choose a tier (Pro, Super, or Ultra) on the billing page.
- Select whether you want monthly or yearly billing.
- You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page.
- If you have an eligible promotion code, enter it in Stripe checkout before paying.
- Once complete, your access will be updated automatically.
Have an entitlement code?
If a staff member has provided you with an entitlement code, you can redeem it on the billing page under Have a code?. This grants access without needing to pay through Stripe.
Contacting Support
If you have questions about your billing, you can click the Contact Support button at the bottom of the billing page. This will redirect you to the Messaging center where you can chat with our team.
Managing Payments (Stripe)
Rask uses Stripe to handle all payments securely. We never store your credit card details on our own servers.
Updating your credit card
- Click the Manage Subscription button.
- This opens the secure Stripe Billing Portal.
- Here you can add new payment methods, remove old ones, or change your default card.
Cancelling or Changing
If you need to change your membership, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel, you can do so within the Stripe Billing Portal. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period if you choose cancellation at period end.
Invoices & History
Every payment you make is recorded in the Payment History table.
- View Online: Click the External Link icon to see the invoice in your browser.
- Download PDF: Click the Download icon to save a copy for your tax records.
Proposal payments
If you receive a proposal email from Rask:
- Open the secure proposal link on
rask.au. - Review the personalised summary, your goals, and the terms.
- Accept the proposal.
- Continue to Stripe to pay securely.
- After payment, use the Rask next-step button or follow-up email to:
- create your Rask account if you are new, or
- continue to your onboarding forms if you already have an account with the same email address.
If you later use the same email address for your Rask account, those one-off payments can be linked back into your billing history and Stripe customer portal.
Tips for a smooth experience
- Check your renewal date: Your next billing date is shown under Current Term.
- Auto-renewal: By default, memberships auto-renew to ensure you don’t lose access to your data. You can toggle this in the Stripe portal.
- Advice is separate: Buying a membership does not start a personal advice engagement.
- Tax Deductibility: In many cases, a Rask membership may be tax-deductible if you use it to manage your investments. Check with your accountant!
