So you’re ready to get started? Accessing your Rask account is simple and secure. You can log in at any time via the Login page.

How to log in

  1. Go to app.rask.au/login.
  2. Choose one of these options:
    • Enter your registered Email Address and Password, then click Log in.
    • Use Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or Continue with GitHub if that matches how your account was created.
  3. If you try a new sign-in provider for an email that already has a Rask account, we’ll ask you to log in with your existing method first and then confirm the new provider in one extra click.

Returning to what you were doing

If you try to open a protected page while logged out, we’ll send you to the login page first. After you sign in, you’ll be returned to the page you originally tried to access.

Creating a new account

You can create a new account at app.rask.au/join.

  • Use Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or Continue with GitHub for single sign-on.
  • Or create an account with your email address and password.
  • If your identity provider reports your email as verified, you can move straight into security setup. If not, we’ll ask you to verify your email before continuing.

If you were invited by our team

If an adviser or support team member has created an account for you, you’ll receive an email from Rask with a secure link to set your password.

  1. Open the email and click Set up your account.
  2. Create your password.
    • Use at least 12 characters.
    • Avoid adding spaces at the start or end of the password.
  3. Return to the Login page and sign in.

If your link has expired, use Forgot Password? on the login page to request a new password reset link.

For best security, we recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) after your first login.

Common login issues

Forgot your password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password? link on the login page. We’ll send a reset link to your registered email address.

When you set a new password:

  • Make sure your email address is typed without extra spaces before or after it.
  • Avoid passwords that begin or end with a space, especially if you’re resetting from a mobile device or password manager.

MFA code not arriving

If you have MFA enabled, you’ll need to enter a code from your phone. If it doesn’t arrive:

  • Wait 60 seconds and click “Resend code”.
  • Ensure you have a stable mobile signal.
  • Check that you are looking at the correct device.

Account locked

For your security, we may temporarily lock your account after multiple failed login attempts. If this happens, please wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact us at support@rask.com.au.

I tried Google, Microsoft, or GitHub and got sent back to login

That usually means your email already has a Rask account with a different sign-in method.

  • Sign in with the method you already use for that email.
  • After you sign in, Rask will take you to a short confirmation step to finish linking the new provider.
  • If you signed in to the wrong email by mistake, sign out and try again with the matching address.

Tips for staying secure

  • Use a Password Manager: We recommend using a tool like 1Password or LastPass to generate and store a unique, strong password for Rask.
  • Public Computers: Always remember to Sign Out if you are using a shared or public computer.
