So you’re setting up your Rask membership or updating your payment method? We use Stripe, a global leader in payment processing, to ensure your transactions are 100% secure.

Why Stripe?

Stripe is used by millions of companies (including Amazon, Google, and Shopify). By using Stripe, Rask ensures:

  • Security: Your credit card details never touch our servers.
  • Privacy: We only see the last 4 digits of your card and the expiry date.
  • Control: You can manage your subscription and download invoices at any time.

How to set up or update payments

  1. Go to the Billing page in the Rask app.
  2. Choose a membership (Pro, Super, or Ultra) if you’re on the Free plan, or click Manage Membership if you’re already a member.
  3. Pick monthly or yearly billing if both are available for your selected membership.
  4. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted page.
  5. Enter your card details (Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX).
  6. Click Save or Subscribe.

Access to members-only features

Once your payment is successful, your account will be upgraded to your chosen membership tier and you’ll be able to access members-only pages and tools in the app.

Membership payments do not start a personal advice engagement. Personal advice is arranged separately through Rask Advice Pty Ltd.

If you’ve just paid and don’t see access immediately:

  • Refresh the page (or sign out and back in).
  • Give it a minute or two for your membership to sync.
  • If it still doesn’t update, contact support with your invoice ID (available in the Stripe portal).

Managing your subscription

Once your payment method is set up, you can return to the Stripe portal at any time to:

  • Change Cards: Replace an expired or lost card.
  • View History: See all your past Rask payments.
  • Cancel: If you decide to leave Rask, you can turn off auto-renewal with a single click.

Common Stripe Issues

  • Card Declined: Ensure your card has sufficient funds and is authorised for online/international payments.
  • Zip/Postcode Error: Make sure the postcode you enter matches the “billing address” registered with your bank.
  • SCA/3D Secure: Some banks require a second step (like a code from your banking app) to authorise the payment.
