You can report bugs, errors, or feature requests directly from the app without leaving your page.

How to submit a report

  1. Click the floating bug button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. The issue reporter popup opens.
  3. Choose a type: Bug, Error, or Feature.
  4. Add a clear description of what happened.
  5. Optionally add a contact email if you want follow-up.
  6. Click Send report.

What gets attached automatically

  • Current page path and URL
  • Page title
  • Timestamp, timezone, and locale
  • Browser user agent and viewport size

This context helps our dev team triage issues faster.

After you submit

  • You’ll see a report reference ID in the popup.
  • The report is sent to our internal engineering triage workflow.
  • If you included a contact email, we may follow up for more detail.
