So you’re looking to create (or tidy up) your profile in the Rask app? This is a helpful account step, but it’s separate from the core onboarding checklist you’ll see on your dashboard.

Why this matters

Your profile helps the app personalise what you see and keeps your experience consistent across features. Your first dashboard setup focuses on goals, fact find, and risk profile. Profile details can be updated any time from settings.

After those core onboarding steps are complete, the dashboard may also offer a lightweight setup prompt to rearrange your widgets around what you want help with first. After that, the dashboard can introduce richer discovery widgets like personalised content and community highlights. Those dashboard modules are separate from your account profile details.

Steps

  1. Open your account settings in the Rask app.
  2. Add or update your personal details, such as your name, phone number, date of birth, address, and profile photo.
  3. Save changes.

What belongs here

Your profile is for your personal account details — not staff-only information like adviser bios or booking links.
