Forms turn your financial life into a clearer picture. This section explains what each form is for and what good looks like.

The big idea (why forms exist)

Forms are how you turn your life into a clear, structured “financial picture”. The better your inputs, the more accurate your strategy, modelling, and advice can be.

You don’t need perfection — you just need a good, honest starting point.

What “good” looks like

  • Accurate where it matters: income, debts, super balances, major assets.
  • Estimated where it’s hard: day-to-day expenses are often a best guess at first.
  • Updated over time: treat forms as living documents, not a one-off task.

What happens when you submit

  • Your latest form data is saved back into your living profile.
  • Rask keeps your most recent state available for future edits, so you can return and update forms over time.
  • You are redirected back to the Forms hub after a successful submit.
  • Rask no longer generates a client PDF at submit time for forms.

Household sharing (couples)

If you’re planning together, the primary account holder can invite a partner to collaborate.

  • Open Settings → Household sharing (or use Share from Vision Board).
  • Sharing is now board-specific in Vision: choose the board first, then invite.
  • Send an invite with either:
    • View access (read-only), or
    • Edit access (can update Forms + Vision Board).
  • If your partner already has a Rask account, they should log in with that same invited email to accept.
  • Existing-account invitees also receive an in-app notification (plus email) when invited.
  • Email invite links open a dedicated invite resolver (/invite/:token) that directs people to login or join automatically.
  • Access only activates after the invited partner signs in and accepts with the invite link.
  • If an invited partner includes a shared board goal in their financial plan, Rask keeps a personal copied goal in their own plan even if the board share is later revoked.
  • You can create multiple Vision boards (UI currently supports up to 3 boards).
  • New boards are created via a template wizard, and goals are only imported if you explicitly choose Import my financial goals as cards.
  • Boards can be archived from Vision board actions (...) and restored from Archived boards.
  • Permanent board delete is immediate and requires typing DELETE for safety confirmation.

You can revoke access any time from the same Household sharing panel.
