The Rask Group Pty Ltd (ACN 622 810 995) is a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 1280930) of Rask Licensing Pty Ltd (ABN 32 681 073 478, AFSL 563 907). This FSG is authorised for distribution by Rask Licensing and applies to services provided under the Rask brand via rask.au and app.rask.au.
We receive subscription revenue and may receive referral, advertising, or sponsorship revenue. Because of this, and as required by law, we do not claim to be independent, impartial, or unbiased.
Purpose of this FSG
This guide helps you decide whether to use the services we provide. It explains the services we are authorised to offer, how we and our staff are paid, how we manage conflicts, and how to lodge a complaint.
Who we are & authorisations
- The Rask Group Pty Ltd (Corporate Authorised Representative No. 1280930) provides the Rask platform.
- Rask Licensing Pty Ltd (AFSL 563 907) authorises us to provide financial product advice services under the Rask brand.
- General advice and education services are provided through Rask digital channels and content.
Services available in app.rask.au
- General financial information, tools, education content, and member resources.
- Membership access levels (including Basic, Pro, Super, and Ultra) and related platform features.
- Secure account features such as document vault, messaging, onboarding forms, and tracking tools.
- Billing and payment workflows are processed through Stripe. Card details are not stored directly by Rask.

Personal advice and Statements of Advice (SoA)
Any personalised financial planning service and any Statement of Advice (SoA) presented to a client in app.rask.au is presented by an adviser from Rask Advice Pty Ltd.
Before personalised advice is presented in a client SoA, the adviser will provide that client with a copy of Rask Advice Pty Ltd’s own Financial Services Guide.

How we are paid
- Membership fees: We may receive recurring subscription fees and one-off service fees.
- Advertising and sponsored content: We may receive advertising or sponsorship revenue on our sites, videos, podcasts, and partner channels.
- Referral revenue: We may receive referral fees from approved partners where permitted by law.
- Personal advice fees: For personalised advice, fees and charges are disclosed in the relevant advice documents and in the advice provider’s FSG.
Conflicts and remuneration
Like many financial services businesses, we manage potential conflicts through governance, supervision, disclosure, and compliance controls. Staff and advisers may receive salary and performance-linked remuneration.
Privacy and data handling
We use selected service providers to operate app.rask.au (including cloud infrastructure, payments, messaging, and analytics providers). We apply role-based access controls, audit logging, and security monitoring to help protect personal information.
