How data flows through the platform
- Data you upload or enter (documents, forms, preferences) is stored securely and used to power calculators, advice workflows, and automation.
- AI features may process prompts and context using trusted vendors (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, XAI) with controls to minimise exposure of personal data.
- Operational data (logs, telemetry) helps us monitor performance, reliability, and security.
